Diving Deeper | Therapeutic Cards

A workshop for personal exploration using therapeutic cards, with images, words, and questions that open the door to conversation and reflection. Through card selection and guided exercises, we'll explore feelings, needs, and dilemmas, and examine the stories we tell ourselves. The cards provide a starting point for discovering new perspectives and deepening our connection with ourselves, with space to share as much or as little as feels right.
